About Mesa Young Adults Dream Team
Young Adults Leadership Dream Team
We’re building something meaningful for young adults at Mesa, and we don’t want to do it alone. The Young Adults Leadership Dream Team is for those who feel called to help create space for community, connection, and growth for people in their 20s and 30s.
This team will help shape the vision, plan gatherings, and create an environment where people feel seen, known, and welcomed. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just a willing heart and a desire to be part of something bigger.
We’re looking to build a team with different strengths and giftings, including:
- Hospitality Team – creating a warm, welcoming environment, greeting, helping people feel comfortable and included
- Events + Planning Team – organizing gatherings, coordinating details, helping bring each event to life
- Community Builders – intentionally connecting people, helping others find friendships and feel like they belong
- Table Leaders / Small Group Leaders – leading discussions, facilitating conversation, and caring for a small group of people
- Creative Team – helping with visuals, social media, photography, and overall look/feel of the ministry
- Prayer + Care Team – covering the ministry in prayer and supporting people spiritually and relationally
- Set-Up / Tear-Down Team – helping create the physical space and making each gathering run smoothly
